We had been to Monterrey on a whale watching trip. There was this sea lion sleeping on the shore, every now and then it would wake up chk out the sarroundings n then go back to sleep. Isnt that cute :)

Boston Red Sox - A ComeBack

Baseball - Initially when I started watching this game, it felt so stupid. I used to wonder how millions of americans watch this game so enthusiastically, until I started watching the series between the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees. Just to give a backgroud, Red Sox ( sox for short ) are one of the greatest baseball teams to hail from New England only to be challenged by the New York Yankees. Typically speaking these 2 teams are the best baseball teams in the US. Their rivalry is unmatched for. Red Sox were down 3-0 in a 7 game series. From that point they staged a 'comeback' to win the next 3 games and level the series. No other tema has staged such a comeback in the history of baseball. The yankees were simply shocked by this comeback. In the world of sports very rarely you get to see such comebacks. One such comeback was by Mohommed Ali against George Foreman, in which Ali was down till round 9 and then one powerful punch sends Foreman reeling on the ground. Supposedly it is the only match Ali has stood in the ring for 9 rounds. Well am just waiting to watch the 7th game and hoping that the Red Sox clinch the series.

Boston 2 BayArea. Am relocating :). Have found a new job in the SunnyVale area. Will be moving in tomorrow and starting work from Monday. Well am glad that am escaping the frigid winters of New England but feeling sad for not having had an opportunity to see the fall colours. The leaves are almost turning red here and in a week or two .. it will be simply amazing. The colours will last for a couple of weeks and then the winter sets in and the leaves start withering away. The best places to visit this weekend and the next are:

White mountains in the New Hampshire region.
Acadia National park, Maine.
Vermont Country side.
