Almost every Indian feels that the government is doing very less for the country's welfare. Given an opportunity, we blame the politicians for corruption, for underdevelopment. We need an opportunity to blame, and when it comes to blaming the government I think people will be all exited and come out with great facts and figures to prove the unworthiness of the government. Fine, all that we know is to crib and blame the country and the government for the troubles that a common man faces today. I guess before independence, we were blaming the British, now post independence we blame the politicians. What's the big deal with independence then ? We were filling the coffers of British, now we fill the coffers of the politicians.
I think every one knows that there is corruption instilled in every politician who gets elected. Do we take some action to see that such politicians are taught a lesson in their lives ? No, we lack that 'revolutionary' spirit. For a simple instance, while driving, if someone switches a lane without indication, we just give way to that person and not stop him or hit him for disobeying the traffic rules. We wait for a policeman to come and take action. Y cant we stop the guy, or not let him change the lanes. In a similar manner, when it comes to electing the politicians we are not prudent enough to elect the right candidates and later we blame them for not having done good work etc etc. I hope people take the right action when it comes to electing their representatives for the government.
